What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying process, from greeting to delivery
• Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
• Work closely with management and finance to ensure a smooth sales experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
