Position: Regional Director of Business Development (WI,IL, IN)
Location: WI or IL
Pay Scale: Very competitive base salary, benefits and commission program
Business Travel = 40% to 60% travel commitment required. Home office based 1-2 days/week.
Summary: Responsible for new business growth strategy and relationships f opportunities for a multi-state medical group primarily focusing on post-acute hospitals (IRF, LTAC, Behavioral Health), SNF, AL.. Developing business portfolio, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating, and expanding sub-specialty programs within existing business. Potential for VP Position within 1 year for succession planning.
Overview:
inFORME Healthcare is seeking a seasoned dynamic, well networked Full Time individual interested in working with a rapidly growing medical group that primarily services specialty hospitals. The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for geographic business development initiatives and report directly to leadership- suite and the VP of Business Development. Your job will be to work with a high-performance team to grow a multi-specialty medical practice in post-acute care that spans across 5 states targeting primarily (Inpatient hospitals (Rehab, LTACH, Behavioral Health), as well as skilled nursing and assisted living facilities and smaller acute care hospitals (Critical Access). Your role will be selling our proprietary programs to increase value to patients and customers consistent with company objectives, goals, and standards and meet and exceed sales targets.
Essential Skills: Must posessproven track record of direct sales and business development within the hospital sector and or post acute healthcare arena and the ability to demonstrate, building successful relationships with prospective clients and executing.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for seeking out, establishing new relationships and executingrowth strategy and securing new business for the organization. Develop, coordinate, and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture new programs. Excellent opportunity for hospital CEO’s, COO’s, Regional Director of Business Development and highly successful clinical liaisons.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain a good working relationship with new and current customers.
• Maintain a network and portfolio of relationships throughout the region within all venues of care especially within the hospital sector including hospital leadership and providers
• Work with INFORME Physician leaders, Clinical Coordinator and Advanced Practice leaders on understanding new clinical initiatives to support clinical program growth.
• Clearly communicate the companies medical services and delivery models to prospective clients.
• Coordinate marketing materials with clinical leaders for development of literature.
• Oversee the formation of business partnerships and assist with negotiation of contracts.
• Identify arising business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects.
• Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state regulations and reimbursement policies of Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Analyze services used by patients within service area where they are currently receiving care. Model conversion of contracts for new opportunities.
• Conduct industry analysis annually and local market analysis quarterly.
• Complete the business development tool (sales plan) and KPIs weekly.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare administration, Business/marketing or clinically related field. Preferred.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years direct account sales management experience in the health care industry or relevant field (Hospital setting, LTACH, IRF, SNF, ALF, Pharmaceutical, ancillary services such as rehab, medical group practice, hospice or home care).
• Must live within region of business or proximal border and be able to be present in Milwaukee office on a weekly basis.
• Experience with standard account management concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.
• Well versed at marketing on multiple platforms including social media.
• Experience with connectivity at state and national convention level and local group consortiums.
• Experience driving revenue & gross margin% and experience in financial modeling/proforma’s
• Experience understanding all contracting functions including financial analysis, credentialing, legal review, implementation, capitation, value-based and utilization data metrics preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Networks and develops high level stakeholder and key post acute relationships, via phone, electronic communication, and in-person, to deliver value propositions, or, preferred provider status and achieves organic contracting goals. Tracks customers, forms pipeline and works autonomously to follow up.
• Understands how to develop, package and deliver marketing and communication.
• Understands gross margins, program reports by assigned market and seeks new opportunities to improve negative and positive trends along with the management team.
• Updates Customer Management Database (appointments and contacts where appropriate.
• Ability to travel on overnight or, multi-night visits routinely as the business dictates.
• Completes assigned paperwork/documents as directed in a timely manner.
• Shares knowledge gained with other staff members and works as a team member.
• Interacts with others in a positive, respectful, and considerate manner.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have existing, strong post acute relationships in the assigned market and geography.
• Regional Director flourishes and comprehends markets within region including hospitals, long term acute care hospitals, rehab hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, ALF’s, IPA's, Medical Groups, Health Systems and Medicare Medicaid and Commercial Fee Schedules.
• Excellent organization, communication, presentation and negotiation skills required. Strong in cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• The ability to work with and influence others including customer service, revenue cycle, distribution, and key strategic partners. Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability
• Balances confidence and assertiveness while leading the call to success.
• Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and provide accurate information in a dynamic environment. Ability to problem solve, multi-task in a fast-paced setting and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to exercise good judgement in evaluation situations and advising in accordance to laws and regulations.
• Strong work ethic with personal qualities of integrity and credibility. Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential material
• Demonstrate strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
• Ability to negotiate effective working relationships and develop positive resolutions to conflict.
• Highly developed computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and proficiently perform computer applications related to department operations and job functions.
• Ability to be discreet and protect the integrity of any confidential matter or information encountered during the performance of job duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Base Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year plus commission. Promotional opportunity.
