Seasonal Event Helper in Pocatello, Idaho at Advantage Plus Federal Credit

POSITION TITLE: Seasonal Event Helper (Part time)

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

POSITION PURPOSE

We are looking for confident, outgoing individuals that are self starters and highly motivated. Our event season is approaching and we need individuals who are excited to execute our special events and appearances. This is a part time, seasonal position based in Pocatello, Idaho.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Help in planning, coordinating, and executing events such as branch barbecues, parades, booths at tradeshows, fairs, golf tournaments and any other event we plan on attending.
• Ability to research local events in all of our areas and offer suggestions for events we should attend is preferred.
• Travel with the marketing team to our various areas and branches throughout Southeastern Idaho and Western Wyoming.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• High School Diploma

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work into the evening and some weekends.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION

PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. and must be able to set up and take down event equipment safely and effectively.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Often we will be outside for barbecues, parades, fairs, and golf tournaments.
