  • Talent Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop Product Delivery Directors and Managers while supporting succession planning, talent reviews, promotions, leadership development, and AI-focused capability building.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across Sales, Client Partnerships, Engineering, Architecture, Talent, Finance, and Operations to remove organizational barriers, improve collaboration, and create shared accountability for portfolio outcomes.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in software engineering, product delivery, technology consulting, or a related field, including experience leading large-scale delivery organizations.
  • P&L Ownership: Demonstrated experience managing a $40M+ annual revenue portfolio within a professional services, digital engineering, or technology consulting environment.
  • Professional Services Expertise: Strong understanding of client-facing delivery models, including Fixed Price and Time & Materials engagements, with a proven ability to manage complex portfolios.
  • Commercial Acumen: Track record of executive relationship management, account expansion, strategic business development, commercial growth, forecasting, contribution margin management, and resource planning.
  • Technology Expertise: Deep understanding of modern software engineering, cloud technologies, Agile delivery, and enterprise architecture, with the ability to guide complex technical and delivery decisions.
  • AI Transformation: Experience leading AI-enabled delivery transformation, automation initiatives, or digital transformation programs focused on improving engineering productivity and client outcomes.
  • People Leadership: Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing leaders and teams while fostering accountability, innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
