You will join a dynamic finance function responsible for maintaining accurate, transparent, and compliant financial operations across multiple entities. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and cash flow visibility. You will work closely with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth. You will also contribute to process improvements, system transitions, and the implementation of scalable accounting practices. • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and credit card transaction processing.
• Maintain and post general ledger entries while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and support financial reporting processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and key financial KPIs, providing regular updates to management.
• Support tax filings and coordinate with external auditors, CPAs, and consultants as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal financial regulations, including audit readiness.
• Participate in system transitions such as NetSuite implementation, including data migration and chart of accounts design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and leadership teams to support global accounting operations and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are considered a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar finance roles with hands-on operational responsibility.
• Strong experience with accounting tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
