This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, communications, and project execution, supporting high-impact marketing initiatives across global teams. You will be responsible for driving the planning and delivery of brand marketing programs that elevate visibility and strengthen market positioning. The role blends strategic coordination with hands-on execution across PR, analyst relations, awards, and thought leadership activities. You will collaborate closely with internal marketing, content, and design teams as well as external agencies and media partners. Operating in a fast-paced, international environment, you will ensure alignment across stakeholders and consistency in brand messaging. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured yet dynamic environments where creativity, organization, and communication are equally critical.
In this role, you will lead the coordination and execution of brand marketing and communications initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with strong strategic alignment.
- Oversee brand marketing programs including PR campaigns, analyst relations, awards submissions, and thought leadership initiatives
- Coordinate with external PR agencies and internal stakeholders to manage media outreach and communication strategies
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution roadmaps for marketing initiatives
- Track progress across multiple projects, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Maintain a global communications calendar and ensure alignment across regional and functional marketing teams
- Monitor performance of brand initiatives and provide insights to improve future campaigns and processes
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between content, design, digital, product marketing, and leadership teams
This role requires strong experience in marketing project management, particularly within brand, communications, or PR-driven environments, along with excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, communications, PR, or brand marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of public relations, analyst relations, and awards submission processes
- Proven ability to manage agencies and external partners effectively
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and detail
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution and operational discipline
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across global, cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile or structured project delivery methodologies is a plus
- Experience leveraging AI or productivity tools to improve marketing workflows is an advantage
- Competitive salary range of approximately CAD 70,000 – 115,000 depending on experience and location
