This role sits at the intersection of enterprise learning, product strategy, and workforce transformation, with a strong focus on designing scalable, outcome-driven learning solutions for modern technical skills such as AI, cloud, data, and software engineering. You will operate as a builder and strategist, identifying market opportunities, validating demand, and translating workforce needs into structured learning programs that deliver measurable business impact. The position blends solution design, commercial thinking, and client engagement, working closely with global partners and enterprise stakeholders. You will help shape how organizations upskill at scale while leveraging AI-driven learning tools and innovative delivery models. - You will lead the discovery and validation of enterprise learning opportunities by analyzing market trends, engaging clients, and identifying workforce transformation needs across AI, cloud, data, and software engineering domains.
- You will design scalable learning solutions, including curriculum architecture, assessment frameworks, delivery models, and certification pathways aligned with measurable client outcomes.
- You will build business cases and commercial models, including pricing strategies, market sizing, revenue projections, and go-to-market positioning for new learning offerings.
- You will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate workforce goals into structured learning programs, facilitating workshops and defining success metrics.
- You will support commercialization efforts by transforming pilots into repeatable offerings, enabling sales teams, and contributing to solution positioning and expansion strategies.
- You will leverage data and feedback loops to continuously refine learning solutions, improving learner outcomes, adoption rates, and overall program effectiveness.
- You bring at least 5+ years of experience in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education, including 3+ years in solution design, product leadership, or program ownership roles.
- You have strong experience designing or scaling reskilling programs across AI/ML, cloud, data, or software engineering domains in enterprise environments.
- You possess solid commercial acumen, including experience building financial models, business cases, and scalable learning product strategies.
- You are highly comfortable engaging senior stakeholders such as CHROs, CTOs, and L&D leaders, with strong communication and facilitation skills.
- You have technical fluency and can confidently work with complex learning architectures, platforms, and modern AI-enabled education tools.
- You demonstrate a data-driven and iterative mindset, using learner outcomes and performance metrics to continuously improve program design.
