In this role, you will support legal and administrative operations within a dynamic and technology-driven legal environment, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of judicial and procedural workflows. You will work closely with process analysis and documentation tasks, helping ensure deadlines, records, and legal procedures are properly tracked and executed. The position involves interaction with judicial systems and internal legal tools, supporting lawyers and legal teams in day-to-day operational needs. You will also contribute to maintaining organized case data and ensuring compliance with procedural standards. In this role, you will support essential legal and administrative activities that ensure the smooth flow of judicial and procedural operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Extracting case documents and copies from court systems and legal platforms.
- Monitoring and analyzing procedural deadlines to ensure compliance with legal timelines.
- Supporting the organization and management of legal information and case-related documentation.
- Working with judicial systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, and eproc to retrieve and update process information.
- Assisting legal teams in maintaining structured and accurate case data for operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with legal systems and procedural workflows in a structured environment. You should have:
- Currently studying Law or holding a Law degree (without active OAB registration).
- Experience with procedural deadline analysis and legal workflow monitoring.
- Familiarity with judicial systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, eproc, or similar platforms.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with digital tools and documentation systems.
- Strong organization, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage routine legal administrative tasks efficiently.
