Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in service sales, account management, customer service, or customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing a defined regional territory.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%, including within the U.S., Canada, and occasionally internationally.
  • Experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industry is considered a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $35–$37, with eligibility for bonus and incentive compensation.
  • Fully remote work arrangement within the designated U.S. region.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and holiday policies supporting work-life balance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan for long-term financial security.
