Job Description

CX Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CX Designer based in United States.

As a CX Designer, you will shape intuitive, effective product experiences for both customers and internal teams. You will own design initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and research through launch, testing, and continuous iteration. Working closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders, you will translate user and business needs into thoughtful digital experiences. The role combines UX research, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design. You will help solve complex business and workflow challenges while balancing user needs with technical constraints. Success requires strong design judgment, clear communication, and a highly collaborative approach to agile product development.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to continuously improve user experiences across digital products.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop practical design solutions for tactical and strategic business problems.
  • Connect design decisions to clearly defined business objectives, user needs, and broader product goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, launch, and iteration.
  • Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, user flows, and design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in design reviews, actively seek feedback, iterate on concepts, and incorporate relevant input into final solutions.
  • Optimize information architecture and navigation to improve usability while accounting for technical requirements and constraints.
  • Design intuitive end-to-end user journeys that consider adjacent experiences and potential downstream impacts.
  • Participate in beta testing and post-release product monitoring to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate collaboration between design, product, engineering, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to an agile design and software development process through documentation, specifications, mockups, and continuous feedback.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally designing B2B SaaS products within software companies.
  • Deep expertise in UX and UI design, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating research findings into actionable design decisions.
  • Ability to design complete user flows and understand the impact of design decisions across connected product experiences.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design and practical application of human-computer interaction principles.
  • Advanced prototyping skills, with the ability to select the appropriate level of fidelity while maintaining speed and clarity.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and document complex business systems, workflows, and information architectures.
  • Experience with web content management systems and templating languages.
  • Strong experience working within and facilitating agile product and software development processes.
  • Ability to create detailed specifications, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern UX design tools.
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating a broad range of relevant design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with APIs and an understanding of how technical integrations influence product experiences.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and HTML5 is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, GitHub, Zenhub, Hotjar, and Craft is desirable.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Arts, Human-Machine Interface, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Benefits
  • Opportunity to own meaningful CX and product design initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Collaborative environment working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
  • Exposure to complex B2B SaaS products, business systems, and customer workflows.
  • Opportunity to influence product strategy through research, design thinking, and user-centered problem solving.
  • Participation in an agile product development environment with regular design reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Opportunity to work across a broad range of UX, UI, research, prototyping, and information architecture challenges.
