What You'll Do:

Perform emergency roadside assistance (tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery, lockouts, minor repairs)Operate light to medium-duty wreckers & rollbacks for towing, accident recovery, rollovers, and winch outsRespond to dispatch calls safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate ETA communicationComplete daily reports, paperwork, and vehicle logs in a timely mannerInspect, clean, and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment to ensure readinessProvide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathyFollow safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times

What You Bring:

Ability to Pass a Drug TestClean Background & Insurable Driving RecordHigh School Diploma or GEDMechanical skills for minor vehicle repairsPhysical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditionsStrong problem-solving and customer service skillsAbility to remain professional in high-pressure situations
