We are hiring motivated, service-oriented individuals for several remote Customer Service and Sales positions. Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with members by phone and video conference
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and complete follow-up calls
  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
  • Present available coverage options clearly and accurately
  • Assist with applications and required documentation
  • Maintain organized and accurate records
  • Complete quality-control reviews
  • Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Compensation and Perks

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using virtual meeting platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service, retail, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Post-secondary education is an asset but is not mandatory.

Interview Process

All interviews are conducted through video conference, allowing candidates to complete the process remotely.
