What You'll Do- Meet with members virtually through phone or video appointments
- Educate clients on available benefit options and answer their questions
- Use digital tools to manage appointments, documentation, and client communication
- Complete applications and maintain accurate electronic records
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
- Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and organizational goals
