  • 2–4 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale projects.
  • Experience supporting sales readiness, sales enablement, training, employee enablement, organizational effectiveness, or related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret performance, operational, and sales-readiness trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex to complex assignments and exercise sound judgment when determining objectives and approaches.
  • Passion for continuously improving consumer and employee experiences and contributing to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in healthcare services is preferred.
  • Additional experience with sales readiness strategy, organizational effectiveness, change management, performance consulting, competency models, readiness assessments, performance measurement, or adoption strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively from a dedicated home workspace that protects confidential health information and meets the required internet connectivity standards.
Benefits
  • Annual base salary of $86,300–$118,700, depending on geographic location, experience, education, certifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
  • Eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
