Customer Service Representative (CSR)

You don’t know me… but I know you.

You’re not the type to sit around waiting for the day to end.

We’re looking for someone who can handle high call volume, stay sharp under pressure, and consistently turn conversations into booked appointments.

You’ll follow a proven system, get real coaching, and know exactly how you’re performing every day.

What you’ll do:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls

• Identify customer needs

• Set qualified appointments with decision-makers

• Track activity and follow a structured process

Our Agents earn an average $20-$22 per hour, with top performers routinely earning 24/hr+
