As a Senior Consultant, Digital Media, you will provide technical consulting and operational support across a portfolio of Google Marketing Platform clients.
You’ll use hands-on expertise across SA360, DV360, and CM360 to support campaign implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and platform adoption.
The role combines technical delivery with client partnership, enabling customers to maximize platform performance and become more self-sufficient.
You’ll also contribute to conversion tracking, Floodlight implementation, first-party data infrastructure, billing operations, and platform reconciliation.
Working closely with agencies, media teams, and internal stakeholders, you’ll translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions.

- Deliver tactical consulting and technical implementation services across Google Marketing Platform solutions, including SA360, DV360, and CM360.
- Support campaign setup, configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, feature enablement, and best-practice implementation to improve platform performance and client outcomes.
- Implement and manage Floodlight tracking, conversion tagging, and first-party data infrastructure to support measurement and attribution requirements.
- Act as the primary technical resource for assigned clients, responding to platform questions, implementation needs, and optimization opportunities.
- Lead client onboarding, training sessions, and platform enablement workshops to increase adoption and customer self-sufficiency.
- Manage client expectations by communicating timelines, technical specifications, solutions, and recommendations clearly.
- Collaborate with agencies, media teams, and internal stakeholders to develop cohesive client solutions and ensure effective delivery.
- Verify billing operations, review invoices, and reconcile platform costs against client budgets to maintain financial accuracy.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client configurations, implementations, and support activities.
- Identify process improvements, establish best practices, and monitor platform updates, compliance requirements, and emerging ad tech capabilities.
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or marketing technology consulting, with hands-on platform experience.
- Strong expertise in at least two of SA360, DV360, or CM360.
- Proven experience implementing and managing conversion tracking, Floodlight solutions, and first-party data infrastructure.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Experience with billing operations, invoicing, and platform cost reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager is preferred but not required.
- Exposure to other DSPs or advertising platforms is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with a detail-oriented approach to technical delivery.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while managing assigned client accounts and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and operational processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, agencies, media specialists, and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to stay current with platform developments, compliance requirements, and emerging advertising technology.
- Annual salary range of CAD $80,000–$90,000, with the final offer based on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
