Licensed Insurance Sales Representative in Sylvania, Ohio at Jamilynn Fox - Allstate Insurance

An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required for this role. Prior Allstate experience in property and casualty insurance sales is a must.

Required Skills

• Previous sales experience in insurance or a related field preferred
• Goal oriented and competitive in a sales environment
• Initiative and Self Motivated
• Strong listening, oral and written communications
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Must be trustworthy, dependable and ethical
• Ability to overcome objections and close the sale
• Must be willing to participate in local marketing events

Responsibilities Include

• Work in-office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Manage both outgoing and incoming sales calls to prospective and existing clients
• Achieve daily and monthly sales goals, with a minimum monthly production requirement of $30,000
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads
• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and service

We will develop and train on strategies, sales techniques, sales processes and much more.

• Base pay $16 - $20 per hour (higher base negotiable depending on licensing and experience)
