At Trillion Health & Hormone, we're growing quickly, opening new markets, launching new services, and constantly looking for better ways to connect with women seeking exceptional healthcare. That means our marketing team has to be agile, creative, and willing to pivot when the business demands it. We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys bringing ideas to life, executing campaigns, and solving problems, but who also understands that in a growing company, priorities change. Sometimes quickly. If you're someone who can hear, "We're going in a different direction," and immediately think, "Great, how do we make this one even better?" you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside our Director of Marketing, you'll help turn ideas into action by:

• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns from concept through launch
• Creating engaging content for social media, email, websites, and digital advertising
• Organizing photos, videos, and other creative assets
• Coordinating projects across multiple clinics and departments
• Supporting community events, promotions, and new clinic launches
• Managing marketing calendars, timelines, and project deadlines
• Tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
• Helping ensure every patient interaction reflects our brand and mission

What We're Looking For

• Marketing, Communications, Business, or related experience (degree preferred but not required)
• Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, or events
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable learning new technology and marketing platforms
