Role Overview

Ice Solutions is seeking a Commercial Territory Sales Representative to own and grow bulk deicer sales within an assigned territory. This role is highly field-focused and requires consistent time in market meeting with prospects, customers, and partners. The ideal candidate is comfortable selling a physical product, understands route-based or territory sales, and excels at building trust through engagement.

This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys being out in the field, educating customers, and closing volume-driven, repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all commercial bulk deicer sales within an assigned territory
  • Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with snow contractors, municipalities, airports, and commercial operators
  • Spend significant time in market conducting in-person meetings, site visits, and product education
  • Drive bulk volume sales through seasonal and contract-based agreements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close and ongoing account growth
  • Coordinate deliveries, pricing, and volume forecasts with internal operations teams
  • Represent Ice Solutions at local industry events, trade shows, and contractor meetings
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in CRM tools
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in territory sales, outside sales, or commercial B2B sales
  • Proven ability to sell volume-based or repeat-purchase products
  • Comfortable working independently within a defined geographic territory
  • Strong relationship-building and face-to-face selling skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling bulk materials, industrial products, construction supplies, or seasonal services
  • Background in snow removal, landscaping, facilities, municipal services, or related industries
  • Familiarity with distributor partnerships or contractor-focused selling
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing territory pipelines
