This role sits at the core of go-to-market execution, responsible for building the operational backbone that enables Sales and Customer Success teams to perform at scale. You will design and optimize reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data infrastructure that translate complex GTM activity into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce development teams, you will ensure operational requirements are accurately translated into scalable technical solutions. The role blends deep Salesforce expertise, advanced analytics, and strong process design capabilities, with a strong emphasis on automation and AI-driven workflow transformation. You will also play a key role in improving data consistency across tools, enabling better forecasting, visibility, and decision-making across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional position where precision, systems thinking, and business partnership directly shape revenue performance.
- Design and maintain scalable GTM reporting dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance analytics in Salesforce.
- Translate business needs from Sales and Customer Success teams into clear, developer-ready technical requirements.
- Serve as the operational owner for GTM process design, documentation, optimization, and ongoing governance.
- Build and enhance data models and reporting structures across Salesforce and connected tools.
- Leverage AI to automate workflows, synthesize large datasets, and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with GTM Enablement teams to support training, adoption, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting across platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and Highspot.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Finance, and Data teams to improve visibility and decision-making.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce, including reporting architecture, data modeling, and requirement definition.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Experience supporting both Sales and Customer Success organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and communicate executive-level performance insights.
- Proficiency across modern GTM tools such as Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, Asana, and similar platforms.
- Advanced understanding of data workflows, reporting systems, and GTM tech stack integration.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools or agents to improve operational workflows.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
