Low T Center provides hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services designed around each patient's individual goals.
As a provider, you won't simply be moving from one patient to the next. You'll have the opportunity to get to know your patients, understand what they're trying to accomplish, and become a trusted part of their healthcare journey.
You'll work alongside a Physician Medical Director and Center Director, with a supportive clinical team behind you.
In this role, you will:- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide care related to hormone replacement, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness concerns
- Educate patients and make complex medical information easy to understand
- Follow established treatment protocols while using your clinical judgment
- Collaborate with the Physician Medical Director and Center Director
- Create a welcoming, upbeat, patient-focused clinic environment
- Encourage and support your clinic team
- Take an active role in the success and growth of your center

We'll Set You Up for SuccessStarting somewhere new shouldn't mean being thrown into the deep end.
We provide two full weeks of paid training to help you learn our clinical protocols, programs, systems, and approach to patient care.
Training includes:- 10 consecutive Monday–Friday training days
- First 3 days: Remote training
- Remaining training: Nashville or Johnson City
- Hotel accommodations provided
- Mileage reimbursement provided
- $65/hour paid training rate
You'll have the training and support you need to walk into your clinic feeling prepared and confident.
Compensation- $65/hour for training and weekday clinical shifts
- $400 per Saturday shift
- Saturday shifts are only 4 hours
Our Tennessee providers support our Hendersonville, Franklin, and Murfreesboro locations.
Clinic Hours- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Clinic lunch closure: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM
What You Need to Join Our Team- Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license in good standing, unencumbered and undisciplined
- Current DEA license
- NP, APRN, or FNP credentials
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 weekdays per week
- Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Willingness to float between our Hendersonville, Franklin, and Murfreesboro locations
