Serve as a hands-on HR partner supporting senior leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Provide guidance across employee relations, performance management, leave administration, talent acquisition, engagement, and compliance.
Work closely with executive and functional leaders, including the CIO, while partnering with Corporate HR on escalations, programs, and policy alignment.
Support a multi-state workforce by navigating employment requirements, leave coordination, ADA considerations, and HR compliance.
Use HR data and systems to identify workforce trends, strengthen decision-making, and improve HR operations.
Help shape a positive employee experience through coaching, engagement initiatives, talent reviews, and culture programs.

- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders, providing practical guidance and support across employee and organizational matters.
- Lead employee relations processes, including intake, investigations, documentation, coaching, resolution, and appropriate follow-up.
- Manage performance management cycles, supporting leaders with coaching, performance improvement plans, talent reviews, and employee development.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting, onboarding, workforce transitions, and other talent-related activities.
- Provide compensation guidance, support job architecture initiatives, and contribute insights related to pay equity and salary structures.
- Ensure HR compliance across a multi-state workforce, including ADA considerations, leave administration, and applicable employment requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, monitor workforce trends, and support culture-building programs.
- Use HRIS platforms and related systems for reporting, case management, workforce insights, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Partner with Corporate HR on escalated employee matters, enterprise programs, policies, and consistent application of HR practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping translate business priorities into effective people strategies and HR actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally including exposure to remote or multi-state workforces.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, documentation, HR compliance, and practical risk management.
- Demonstrated experience administering and coordinating employee leave programs.
- Strong consulting, coaching, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and executives, including CIO-level stakeholders.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters and confidential information.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, IT, revenue cycle, or shared-service environments is preferred.
- Experience with pay equity, compensation structures, salary architecture, or technical talent markets is a plus.
