Overview
Arts & Science is seeking a dynamic Program Administrator to join Glucksman Ireland House. This individual will manage the day-to-day administrative operations of Glucksman Ireland House. Develop and implement office policies and procedures. Manage budgets, including grant accounts; liaise with advisory board and UDAR on fundraising initiatives; oversee undergraduate and graduate program administration; oversee administrative and financial aspects of visiting scholars and public events, including public and sponsored programs; manage physical space and coordinate repairs and work requests. Supervise staff.
Responsibilities
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree
Required Experience:
3+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience with staff supervision, budget management, and office operations.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in an academic or not-for-profit environment preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and web-based applications.
Qualifications
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $77,000.00 to USD $82,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
