– Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation to support audits by FDNY, DOB, OSHA, and insurance carriers.

– Serve as an active member of the property's safety/risk committee, partnering with cross-functional leaders to:

• Support implementation of the health, safety, and security management system

• Drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement in safety culture

– Hands-on experience managing third-party contractors and vendors, including scope negotiation, scheduling, and quality control.

– Current or ability to obtain required FDNY certifications (e.g., Fire Safety Director, Fire Guard, or equivalent as required for the property's occupancy classification).

– Strong knowledge of incident response, investigative techniques, and emergency/crisis management procedures.

– Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

– High integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
