JOB OVERVIEW:

The HR Recruiter will assist the HR and Recruiting departments with operational and administrative tasks. This role focuses on supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn various aspects of human resources and talent acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruiting team by posting job openings, scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
• Onboarding: Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, collect necessary documents, internal systems setup, prepare and administer new hire orientations.
• Off-boarding: Handle off-boarding tasks, including gathering necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth offboarding process.
• HR Operations: Create and maintain process maps, procedures, workflows, and other operational documentation.
• HR Projects and Other Duties: As assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with a HRIS system and recruitment tools highly preferred.
• Problem-solving and data analysis skills to track metrics and improve processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee data.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are highly desired.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in HR recruiting or related HR support experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Work performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
• Computer work with repetitive use of keyboard and mouse.
