Nursing Home Administrator in Auburn, New York at Auburn Community Hospital

Provides leadership, direction, strategic planning and administration of all long term care, eldercare and related services effectively allocating resources to implement the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the organization in the form of high quality customer services while maintaining the financial integrity of the organization. Responsible for the overall compliance with all applicable local, state, CMS/COPS, OSHA and federal standards, guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:
New York State licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Masters Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Nursing or related field (or similar Bachelors degree and ten years of related experience). Five years of progressively increasing responsible experience in a long term care facility preferably in a hospital based or multilevel care organization/network. Proven record of leadership in healthcare or other business management capacity; requires a specific record of accomplishment establishing the individual has attained significant results in managing and directing the operations of one or more significant components of an organization.
