You'll bring your HOA and condo management expertise to the table, tackling the day-to-day complexities of property management with confidence and a problem-solver's mindset. Strong communication and organizational skills will be your toolkit as you build trust with boards, residents, and vendors alike.

This role calls for solid knowledge of community association law, regulations, and financial management—the foundation for sound decisions that keep communities running smoothly and Associations confident in your guidance. You'll also have room to bring fresh ideas to the table, helping shape how communities grow and evolve.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage community operations to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for residents.
  • Collaborate with board members to develop and implement strategic plans that align with community goals.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting, to maintain fiscal health.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to protect community interests.
  • Facilitate effective communication between residents, board members, and vendors to foster a cohesive community.
  • Coordinate maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Organize and lead community meetings, providing clear updates and addressing resident concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Experience in community management, particularly within HOA or condo settings, to effectively lead and support diverse communities.
  • Ability to collaborate with board members and stakeholders to develop strategic plans that align with community goals.
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations, including budgeting and financial reporting, to ensure fiscal health.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations to maintain compliance and protect community interests.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective dialogue between residents, board members, and vendors.
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Experience in organizing and leading community meetings, providing clear updates, and addressing resident concerns with empathy and professionalism.

The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Newtown Square, PA)
