This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving high-impact commercial initiatives and strategic partnerships in a fast-growing healthcare environment.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, helping turn priorities into measurable business outcomes.
The role combines program leadership, partnership management, business analysis, and executive-level communication.
You will work closely with commercial, product, engineering, clinical, operations, legal, and leadership teams to maintain alignment and execution momentum.
Your insights and recommendations will help shape strategic decisions, improve operational effectiveness, and accelerate growth.
You will also build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and operating mechanisms that strengthen accountability across complex initiatives.

- Lead high-priority commercial initiatives by developing project plans, establishing milestones, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring strategic outcomes are delivered on time.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external partner teams.
- Manage strategic partnerships throughout their lifecycle, establishing governance structures, aligning objectives, facilitating executive engagement, resolving risks, and ensuring successful execution.
- Develop analytical models, dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting tools to monitor results and generate actionable commercial insights.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, recommendations, and decision materials that clearly frame strategic options, tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate enterprise commercial priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, timelines, deliverables, and accountability.
- Proactively identify execution risks, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum across multiple high-priority workstreams.
- Design and implement scalable processes, tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms that improve visibility, coordination, and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate external partner and customer relationships, ensuring effective communication, follow-up, accountability, and delivery against commitments.
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor by challenging assumptions, anticipating enterprise risks, recommending solutions, and maintaining alignment across high-stakes initiatives.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and progressively take ownership of a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
- Support leadership decision-making through high-quality analysis, clear recommendations, and concise executive communications.
- 6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, business operations, program management, partnerships, or a similar execution-focused role within a high-growth healthcare organization.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, healthcare operations, and payer-provider dynamics.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and significant dependencies.
- Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or dedicated program management role is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to bring structure, accountability, and execution discipline to complex programs.
- Experience managing external partners or customers, including coordinating meetings, driving follow-ups, managing expectations, and ensuring successful execution.
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Experience developing financial models, dashboards, trackers, performance reports, or other analytical tools used for business decision-making.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable executive-level insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through organization, collaboration, communication, and execution rather than formal authority.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a highly practical, execution-oriented mindset.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to operate independently.
- Competitive base salary of $150,000–$195,000 USD, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, market data, and internal equity.
