Job Description

  • Own the procure-to-pay ecosystem for a national hospitality brand. Support Coupa core modules, supplier enablement, custom forms, and SAP S/4 integrations while guiding roadmap initiatives and daily operations.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead enhancements across Coupa Core, Analytics, AIC, and SIM, including testing, configuration, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues for punchouts, cXML/SFTP data transfers, SAP interfaces, and user provisioning feeds.
  • Assist suppliers with onboarding, catalog management, ordering, and invoicing workflows.
  • Monitor interfaces between Coupa and SAP, reprocess failed transactions, and partner with business owners on remediation.
  • Prepare master data, conversions, and project deliverables that support the Coupa-to-S/4 transformation roadmap.
  • Provide process expertise on procure-to-pay design, release strategies, and stakeholder training.
  • Required Skills:
  • 7+ years administering Coupa (configuration, integrations, supplier enablement, troubleshooting).
  • Deep knowledge of P2P processes, cXML/SFTP connectivity, and SAP SRM/S4 touchpoints.
  • Experience supporting go-lives/hypercare, building custom forms, and managing catalogs/provisioning.
  • Strong communication, customer-service mindset, and ability to work with executives in a fast-moving environment.
