  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to develop and launch valuable product integrations.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders by translating API and SDK requirements into actionable partnership opportunities.
  • Create compelling partnership presentations, visual diagrams, and Figma mockups to communicate integration strategies and business value.
  • Drive measurable partnership outcomes, including partner-sourced revenue growth, customer adoption, and integration engagement.
  • Maintain accurate technical and partnership documentation for internal teams and external partners.
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and ecosystem developments to identify new strategic collaboration opportunities.
  • Support internal enablement efforts by promoting partnership initiatives and sharing success stories across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, technical sales, or related partnership-focused roles.
  • Strong technical literacy with the ability to navigate API documentation, integration workflows, and SaaS ecosystems confidently.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience creating presentations, diagrams, workflows, or Figma mockups to support partnership discussions and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and comfort working within distributed, remote-first, and high-growth environments.
  • Professional fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Experience within HR tech, payroll, fintech, or global workforce technology industries is considered a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with global collaboration opportunities.
  • Competitive compensation and scalable total rewards package.
  • Stock grant opportunities depending on role, employment status, and location.
  • Flexible work arrangements with optional access to coworking spaces.
  • Exposure to high-growth SaaS and international business ecosystems.
  • Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding global company.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work culture.
  • Access to additional country-specific perks and benefits based on employment status and location.
