Candidates must reside in the St. Louis metro area. The position is hybrid with about 10-15% in our Chesterfield, MO office. This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits.
Job Summary:
IMPACT Group is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer & Sales Enablement Specialist to create polished, visually compelling marketing and sales materials that support business development efforts and strengthen our brand presence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys transforming ideas into clean, professional, and highly functional visual assets across print and digital channels. The primary focus of this role is graphic design and sales collateral production — including brochures, proposal materials, presentation decks, one-pagers, infographics, trade show materials, and other client-facing assets that help bring IMPACT Group’s value proposition to life.
The ideal candidate has strong graphic design and layout skills, advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience supporting sales teams through high-quality visual communications. Experience supporting RFPs, proposal development, and sales enablement initiatives is highly valued.
This role also contributes to content marketing and brand storytelling efforts by developing clear, compelling, and brand-consistent content for presentations, campaigns, thought leadership, and digital channels. The successful candidate is a strong visual communicator and writer who can translate complex ideas into engaging, audience-focused materials that support revenue growth, client engagement, and market visibility.
Additional responsibilities include light website and digital marketing support, such as basic WordPress content updates and collaboration on web and campaign assets as well as the ability to create video assets. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, comfortable working across teams, and eager to leverage AI and modern marketing tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Marketing Collateral
- Design and produce high-quality, visually compelling client-facing sales materials including brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, sizzle sheets, infographics, proposals, case studies, presentation materials, and other sales enablement assets
- Create polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, client presentations, webinars, conferences, executive presentations, training sessions, and speaking engagements
- Ensure all materials align with brand standards and maintain a professional, consistent visual identity across all channels and audiences
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to develop materials that support business development opportunities, client engagement, and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain reusable templates, branded assets, and sales collateral libraries to improve efficiency and consistency
- Support the development, formatting, design, and visual presentation of RFP responses, proposals, and new business materials
- Help improve the quality, consistency, turnaround time, and visual impact of proposal deliverables
- Organize and maintain reusable proposal assets, templates, messaging, and branded content for ongoing sales and marketing use
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposal messaging aligns with buyer needs, service offerings, and market positioning
- Help manage content planning and editorial calendar execution in alignment with marketing priorities and campaign goals
- Ghostwrite thought leadership content for executives and subject matter experts
- Interview internal stakeholders, clients, or program participants to develop customer stories, testimonials, success stories, and case studies
- Create scripts, messaging, and supporting visuals for video and multimedia content
- Create graphics and visual layouts for print and digital distribution, including campaigns, events, trade show materials, social media, email marketing, and web content
- Develop clean, engaging visual communications that effectively translate complex ideas into audience-friendly content
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and visual presentation across all internal and external materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to bring concepts and ideas to life through strong visual storytelling and thoughtful design execution
- Support execution of email communications for prospecting, lead nurturing, client engagement, and re-engagement campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on audience segmentation inputs, messaging alignment, and campaign support
- Promote and distribute content across digital channels, including LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Support demand generation and engagement initiatives through coordinated marketing and content efforts
- Assist with website updates, content publishing, and ongoing maintenance in WordPress
- Support digital marketing initiatives with graphics, landing page assets, promotional materials, and web visuals
- Collaborate with internal or external partners on ongoing website enhancements, optimization efforts, and user experience improvements
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve content development, personalization, workflow efficiency, scalability, and production speed
- Apply stakeholder feedback and performance insights to refine messaging, improve content effectiveness, and enhance user engagement
- Conduct market and competitive research to support content development, sales conversations, and broader marketing strategy
- Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design, content marketing, digital marketing, and AI-enabled workflows
- Delivering polished, visually compelling sales collateral and client-facing materials that are actively used by the commercial team
- Improving the quality, consistency, efficiency, and turnaround time of proposals and RFP responses
- Producing engaging content and visual assets that support thought leadership, demand generation, brand awareness, and client engagement
- Maintaining a consistent cadence of high-quality content across sales, email, website, social, and digital channels
- Leveraging AI and modern marketing tools in practical ways that improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and output quality
- Supporting a differentiated, professional, and highly consistent market presence for IMPACT Group
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing design, sales enablement, content marketing, B2B marketing, or a related role
- Strong graphic design, layout, and visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Adobe Express
- Strong graphic design, typography, layout, and visual communication skills across multiple formats and audiences
- Experience developing client-facing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, proposals, brochures, case studies, sales collateral, and marketing assets
- Experience supporting proposal development, RFP responses, and business development initiatives
- Experience supporting email marketing, social media, and digital content execution
- Familiarity with WordPress or other website content management systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, leadership, and external partners
- Experience in B2B services, HR services, coaching, talent, relocation, leadership development, or professional services
- Experience creating assets for trade shows, events, webinars, or executive presentations
- Experience with basic video editing and multimedia content creation using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms for digital marketing and social media content creation
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Familiarity with social content promotion and digital distribution strategies
- Comfort using AI tools to support content creation, design ideation, research, summarization, and workflow optimization
- Experience collaborating on website enhancements, landing pages, or digital user experience improvements
- You understand how strong design, content, and storytelling directly support sales, client engagement, and revenue growth
- You combine excellent visual design skills with strong written communication and presentation sensibility
- You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
