Job Description
Artisan Design Group (ADG) is expanding operations and launching a new countertop manufacturing facility in Pineville, NC. We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, facility systems, and day-to-day manufacturing operations.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team during the launch of a new operation and play a key role in helping support equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall operational success from day one.
We are seeking candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, fabrication, or production equipment in fast-paced environments.
Requirements:What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Support saws, polishers, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and material handling systems
- Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and operational readiness
- Help minimize downtime by responding quickly to maintenance needs
- Maintain maintenance logs and support preventative maintenance programs
- Partner with operations leadership to support production and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with general facility maintenance as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, fabrication, or production environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience working with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and equipment schematics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Technical training, trade school, or industrial maintenance certifications are a plus
Preferred Backgrounds:
Experience from industries such as:
- Manufacturing
- Industrial production
- Cabinetry or millwork
- Stone or countertop fabrication
- Distribution or automated warehouse operations
- Packaging or assembly operations
