We're seeking an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Administrator to oversee the daily management, maintenance, and optimization of our EHR platform. In this role, you'll serve as a critical partner to clinical and operational teams, ensuring that health information systems are secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with the organization's mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor EHR system performance and conduct ongoing analysis to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
  • Manage security access and control procedures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of patient information.
  • Implement and maintain EHR modules, system enhancements, and process improvements to support regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely solutions to support clinicians and administrative staff.
  • Partner with organizational leadership to align EHR capabilities with clinical and business workflows.
  • Participate in routine meetings to identify opportunities and implement effective technology solutions.
  • Review reports and dashboards to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve system performance.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, county agencies, and state partners to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform system updates, backups, and maintenance activities to ensure the integrity and availability of electronic health records.
  • Support system upgrades, new functionality, and integration with other healthcare technologies.
  • Assist with additional departmental and organizational initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

Education

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Experience

  • Five (5) years of experience supporting a certified Electronic Health Record system in a behavioral health environment (required)

Licenses & Certifications

  • Client-mandated certifications and/or training (required)
