This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor(a) Sênior DevSecOps - Plataforma App Vivo based in Brazil.

This role is focused on enabling and securing the entire lifecycle of mobile application delivery, with a strong emphasis on DevSecOps practices applied to large-scale, high-traffic mobile ecosystems. You will play a key role in building and evolving CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and reliable releases for Android, iOS, and Flutter-based applications. Working at the intersection of development, security, and operations, you will help define standards, automate processes, and improve the overall engineering maturity of the platform. The position involves close collaboration with mobile development, QA, architecture, and security teams to ensure fast, safe, and consistent delivery. You will also contribute to observability, governance, and release management practices that support mission-critical applications. This is a highly strategic role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges in mobile platforms and driving automation at scale.

Accountabilities:

Design, evolve, and maintain DevSecOps practices across the mobile application lifecycle, including Android, iOS, and Flutter environments.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines covering build, testing, signing, distribution, and release management across multiple environments and app stores.
Implement security and quality gates throughout the delivery pipeline, including code analysis, secrets management, and automated validation checks.
Manage governance of artifacts, certificates, keys, permissions, and versioning strategies for mobile application releases.
Collaborate closely with mobile development, QA, security, and architecture teams to ensure reliable and efficient delivery flows.
Improve observability and monitoring of build, deployment, and production release processes.
Support troubleshooting of complex pipeline, integration, and release issues in mobile environments.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices for DevSecOps and mobile delivery processes.

Requirements:

Strong experience in DevSecOps practices applied to mobile application development.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for Android, iOS, and/or Flutter applications.
Knowledge of build automation, app signing, certificate management, release distribution, and app store publication processes.
Experience implementing security controls in delivery pipelines, including secrets management, quality gates, and automated checks.
Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and reliability practices in production systems.
Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments with multiple technical teams.
Nice to have: experience with Flutter application development or support.
Nice to have: understanding of native mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android) and their release constraints.
Nice to have: exposure to microservices, backend/frontend integration, and event-driven architectures.
Nice to have: experience with telemetry, monitoring, and incident analysis in production systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to standardize processes across engineering teams.
