Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience
• Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians and customers
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations in a transparent, consultative manner
• Write repair orders, keep customers updated, and ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Build lasting relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
