VITA Volunteer in Madison, Wisconsin at Goodwill Industries of South Central Wisconsin, Inc.

General Summary

Provides administrative support to Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program including assisting with printing and organizing tax client paperwork, stapling and putting together file folders, culling and shredding confidential paperwork, stuffing envelopes and completing an external mailing, and other similar duties. Duration of work period is approximately 15 hours for two positions

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Consistently perform all duties within the framework of our Core Values.

Printing and organizing paperwork

Stapling and putting together file folders

Culling and shredding old files

Stuffing envelopes and completing an external mailing

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in technology

Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with others

Ability to maintain confidential information.

Some standing, walking, and lifting. Not to exceed 20 pounds.
