Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Unit

As a Medical Surgical RN, you'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments safely and according to hospital policy.
- Assess patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and members of the care team to support positive patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families to promote recovery and continuity of care.
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient needs.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies and life-threatening situations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healing patient environment.
- Participate in quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support the orientation and training of new staff and nursing students as requested.
What We're Looking For
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Active RN license eligible to practice in Wisconsin.
- Current BLS/CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Pay & Benefits
$36.30–$56.65 per hour | Differentials for PMs, Nights & Weekends
(Pay is based on experience.)
