Job Description

Senior Partner Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager based in United States.

As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll help scale a strategic partner ecosystem and accelerate regional pipeline growth through joint marketing and demand-generation initiatives.
You’ll build data-driven co-marketing strategies with key partners, connecting partner priorities with regional revenue objectives.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across account-based marketing, field campaigns, events, digital programs, and partner enablement.
You’ll act as a bridge between internal sales and marketing teams and external partner leadership, aligning stakeholders around shared goals and execution plans.
You’ll also oversee marketing investments, lead governance, and pipeline attribution to ensure programs deliver measurable business impact.
Working in a remote-first environment, you’ll collaborate across functions and partner organizations while supporting scalable programs that can be adopted across broader ecosystems.
The position offers the opportunity to influence go-to-market strategy, strengthen strategic relationships, and drive measurable growth within the enterprise cloud and SaaS landscape.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop data-driven, multi-quarter co-marketing plans and joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners to achieve regional pipeline targets.
  • Execute targeted account mapping using platforms such as Crossbeam to develop customized 1:1 ABM campaigns for priority partners and scalable digital toolkits for broader partner networks.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling joint messaging, solution briefs, branded assets, and “better together” value propositions.
  • Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including executive roundtables, workshops, and sponsorships at major industry events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Deliver turnkey, through-partner demand-generation programs and increase partner adoption of self-service marketing resources and partner portals.
  • Equip partner sales and BDR teams with outreach playbooks, messaging frameworks, scripts, and email sequences to accelerate campaign follow-up.
  • Establish and enforce lead-routing governance and follow-up service-level agreements to reduce channel conflict and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Manage partner marketing budgets, ensuring appropriate fiscal controls, effective allocation of resources, and strong return on marketing investment.
  • Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline performance through Salesforce for regular business reviews and performance discussions.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and executive stakeholders to align priorities, coordinate execution, and continuously improve partner marketing programs.

Requirements:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, or B2B Demand Generation, preferably within an enterprise cloud or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing co-marketing programs with major cloud vendors, global systems integrators, systems integrators, or independent software vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management platforms, and account-mapping tools such as Crossbeam.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills, including experience managing marketing budgets, enforcing lead-routing SLAs, and measuring pipeline attribution and ROI.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence sales, product marketing, partner teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience developing tailored Account-Based Marketing strategies and executing field programs such as CXO roundtables and executive dinners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, demand generation, pipeline development, and joint go-to-market motions.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% for customer, partner, team, and industry events.
  • Ability to work remotely on a full-time basis and be based in an eligible U.S. location; this role is not available for hire in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.

Benefits:

  • Estimated base salary of $128,000–$160,000 for eligible listed locations.
  • Potential eligibility for an equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
  • Health care insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement savings program.
  • Paid sick time.
  • Paid personal time off.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Generous time off and wellness leave.
  • Remote-first work environment.
  • Approximately 15–20% travel for meaningful in-person connections, events, and meetings.
  • Opportunity to build and scale strategic partner marketing programs across the enterprise cloud and SaaS ecosystem.
  • Collaborative environment with exposure to sales, product marketing, partner leadership, and executive stakeholders.
  • Salary determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
