Tactical Strategy Associate in Walnut Creek, California at Destination Wealth Management

The Tactical Strategy Associate primarily assists senior members of the Tactical Strategy Team to ensure all client accounts properly reflect desired portfolio targets.

Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist Destination Wealth’s Tactical Strategy Team with trading client accounts
• Provide recommended allocations to clients for non-managed accounts based on current Destination portfolios
• Conduct audits of key portfolio variables to ensure compliance with designed portfolio constraints
• Free up cash within client accounts to meet client withdrawal needs
• Reconcile actual trading activity with intended trades to ensure accuracy
• Backup more senior members of the Tactical Strategy Team as required
• Able to assist in block trade cash free ups when needed
• Assist with trading during tax loss harvest season

• 4-year college degree preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• 3 or more years’ experience working with an independent RIA a plus
• Knowledge of Schwab Institutional, Orion and Salesforce preferred
