Position Overview:

The Clinical Systems Analyst will be responsible for participating in the overall planning, development, implementation, and support of clinical computerized systems in Allscripts. The Analyst will address the needs of physicians, clinicians and patients by providing continuous training, support, troubleshooting and identifying opportunities for clinical information system improvements. Provide customer and team support through cross-disciplinary task groups. Will be responsible for testing clinical software upgrades in a team environment. Will be responsible for managing clinical related projects and tasks.

Position Highlights:

• Starting Rate: $35.32 + per hour (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field. Minimum two (2) years clinical IT experience. Relevant and recent Allscripts and other EHR experience. Report writing experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work and lead multiple projects with minimal guidance. Exhibit strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a team environment and is self-driven. Ability to exercise sound judgment; contribute new ideas and solutions to problems; ability to deal with the public in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with the Center's personnel and staff physicians; ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Strong user experience in the Allscripts, Epic, Meditech software platform(s) is preferred.

Formal IT/IS training and experience is preferred.
