Job Description
Nielson Construction is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Brand & Growth to drive demand, strengthen brand positioning, and support revenue growth across the organization. This role is responsible for leading marketing, brand strategy, business development, and partnerships across Nielson’s business lines including Residential Homes, Properties, and Seal Pros. We are looking for a candidate who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to drive initiatives forward. The Head of Brand & Growth will play a critical part in scaling Nielson Construction’s growth as the company expands its communities, services, and overall market presence.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy across all Nielson divisions, guiding brand positioning, messaging, and overall market presence.
- Oversee lead generation, campaign execution, community launches, product rollouts, and promotions, ensuring consistency across all marketing and brand touchpoints.
- Evaluate marketing performance and return on investment.
- Create and implement a thoughtful engagement strategy focused on building long-term, meaningful relationships.
- Equip and support the sales team with tools, ideas, events, and opportunities to deepen relationships with referral partners.
- Develop and lead promotions and campaigns to drive digital growth, direct traffic, and inbound leads.
- Lead weekly sales pipeline and review discussions, ensuring clarity on status, consistency, proper next steps, and appropriate follow-up timing is communicated.
- Provide insights and trends from pipeline data to help inform marketing decisions.
- Partner with the sales and client experience teams to improve lead conversion by focusing on the customer journey from first touch to closing.
- Evaluate sponsorship and partnership opportunities across all Nielson business lines.
- Analyze metrics like competitor positioning, pricing, buyer demand, and market trends and present strategies based off those data points.
- Partner with multiple divisions and their leadership to ensure alignment, communication, and success across all campaigns.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years leading either Marketing or Business Development.
- Must have experience either executing or leading digital development efforts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
- Must be able to be hands on while also driving strategic initiatives with data-driven decisions.
