Northshore Exteriors LLC is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our Sales & Client Relations team. This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, preparing accurate estimates, closing residential and commercial exterior projects, and serving as the primary point of contact from sale through production handoff.
This position is ideal for an experienced construction sales professional with strong communication skills, one-call closing experience, and the ambition to grow into a future Sales Manager leadership role as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities- Lead Management
Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
Qualify potential customers and schedule on-site appointments.
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the sales process.
- Estimating & Sales
Prepare accurate estimates based on project scope, materials, and labor.
Present proposals clearly, explaining scope of work, pricing, timelines, and options.
Follow up consistently with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process.
Maintain detailed notes on customer interactions and project requirements.
- Closing & Project Setup
Secure signed agreements and close sales.
Generate work orders and ensure all project details are documented accurately.
Coordinate material orders with suppliers.
Enter sales data into profit trackers and maintain accurate sales records.
- Production Communication
Serve as the liaison between the sales and production teams.
Coordinate scheduling with production, including gutters and specialty items.
Make back-end calls to confirm timelines and ensure customer readiness.
- Documentation & Reporting
Maintain thorough records in the CRM or designated tracking systems.
Provide weekly updates on sales pipeline activity, closed deals, and profit margins.
- Training & Meetings
Participate in regular sales meetings and ongoing training.
Stay current on company products, services, installation methods, and sales strategies.
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within roofing, construction, or exterior services.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Proven ability to close deals; one-call closing experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Leadership potential with interest in future sales management opportunities.

Commission-only compensation with realistic earnings potential of $70,000$250,000+ annually
