This role is for experienced Industrial HVAC Technicians who can handle complex systems, think independently in the field, and want to work alongside other high-level professionals.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Working on large-scale equipment including:
- Chillers
- Boilers
- Large RTUs
- Air handlers
- Cooling towers
- Process cooling systems
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, hydronic, and controls-related issues
- Performing preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Working with BAS/controls systems and sequences of operation
- Identifying root causes—not just replacing parts
- Communicating directly with customers about system performance and repair recommendations
- Documenting work clearly through service software and field technology
- You’ll work on high-level industrial systems—not repetitive light commercial work
- You’ll be trusted to work independently and make decisions in the field
- You’ll join an experienced service team that holds a high standard

- 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
- Strong experience with chillers, boilers, large RTUs, and industrial systems
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- OSHA 10 certification
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Experience with BAS/controls systems preferred
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Comfortable working independently in critical environments
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

The pay range for this role is:
35 - 50 USD per hour(Hamilton Ct, AZ)
