Compensation:$112,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings efficiently, maximizing your time and client satisfaction.
- Communicate promptly and effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and empathy.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and property showings to support seamless follow-up and client care.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with mentors and team members to refine your skills and strategies, enhancing your professional growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Agent or in the process of obtaining a license.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple showings and client interactions efficiently.
- Familiarity with the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario real estate market and its trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
