The Opportunity

You will take a leadership role within a stable, highly respected remodeling firm, managing high-impact residential projects from start to finish. This position offers the autonomy to run job sites and the security of year-round work with a dedicated local team. You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring every renovation meets our rigorous standards of quality.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Manage small-scale residential projects including kitchen and bathroom renovations to ensure timely completion.

  • Execute precise layout, framing, and sheetrocking tasks to establish a solid foundation for every project.

  • Install intricate interior and exterior trim work to deliver a high-end, polished finish for clients.

  • Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors to maintain workflow and adhere to project specifications.

  • Communicate directly with homeowners to provide progress updates and address site-specific questions professionally.

  • Oversee job site safety and organization to maintain the companys reputation for professionalism.

  • Mentor field staff by demonstrating advanced carpentry techniques and efficient problem-solving strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in residential carpentry and remodeling.

  • Proven ability to perform layout, framing, trim work, and basic sheetrocking.

  • Demonstrated experience managing small-scale renovation projects and subcontractors.

  • Possession of a personal set of professional carpentry tools and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to clearly communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Advanced proficiency in high-end kitchen and bath renovation workflows.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and subcontractor management.
