• Execute all phases of residential carpentry with precision and attention to detail.

• Coordinate onsite tasks to ensure remodeling projects remain on schedule and within scope.

• Utilize personal tools and equipment to perform high-quality installations and repairs.

• Collaborate with the field operations team to maintain a safe and organized job site.

• Mentor junior staff through company-provided training programs to foster professional growth.

• Maintain the companys reputation for excellence by delivering superior craftsmanship to clients.

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in residential carpentry.

• Proven ability to perform all basic and advanced carpentry skills independently.

• Possession of a personal set of professional carpentry tools.

• Access to reliable transportation for daily travel to various project sites.

• Ability to clearly communicate in English

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Demonstrated experience in high-end residential remodeling environments.

• Previous experience participating in formal mentorship or technical training.
