In this role, you will contribute to the successful deployment of a next-generation automotive SaaS platform across dealership environments. You will act as a key point of contact during implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and adoption of digital retail solutions. The position combines technical understanding, project coordination, and hands-on client engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with dealership teams to configure systems, deliver training, and ensure operational readiness. This role requires strong adaptability, as you will navigate multiple stakeholders and evolving implementation needs. With extensive travel and direct client exposure, you will play a critical role in shaping the end-user experience and driving product success in the field.
- Lead and support dealership implementation activities, including system setup, configuration, and end-user onboarding
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to dealership staff across multiple departments to ensure effective product adoption
- Manage implementation workflows using structured runbooks, documentation, and checklist completion to track progress
- Coordinate with internal teams and additional implementation specialists to ensure alignment and execution quality
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate implementation risks proactively to ensure smooth project delivery
- Secure milestone approvals and sign-offs from dealership stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with dealership personnel and maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders
- Support the Implementation Manager in setting expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction during deployment
- 5+ years of experience in dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive software environments
- Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations within automotive dealership settings
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, workflows, and industry terminology
- Prior experience in project coordination or project leadership roles (3+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment
- High availability for travel (up to 90% by air and ground, including overnight stays)
