  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, while managing change control processes including cost and timeline impact analysis
  • Coordinate regular project reviews and reporting with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Support governance processes and ensure consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Coach and support project team members, contributing to PMO best practices and execution excellence
Requirements

This position requires extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project management, with a strong understanding of drug development processes and the ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs in a highly regulated environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related scientific field, or equivalent industry experience
  • 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or drug development environments (Phases I–III exposure preferred)
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading multiple concurrent, cross-functional programs
  • Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Proven ability to work across multiple drug development functions such as clinical operations, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, or non-clinical development
  • Experience managing complex schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across global teams
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with project management tools (SmartSheet experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in matrixed organizations
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong alignment with collaboration, accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement principles

  • Flexible hybrid/remote work model depending on location
  • Generous vacation allowance and paid wellness days
  • Strong learning and professional development support
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact programs in oncology and rare diseases
