- Manage integrated project plans including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and performance reporting across global teams.
- Partner with senior leadership to define project strategy, align objectives with organizational priorities, and support decision-making for complex initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize project tracking systems (including scheduling tools such as SmartSheet), ensuring data accuracy, risk visibility, and reporting consistency.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, drive alignment across stakeholders, and ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks while managing change impacts related to cost, scope, and timelines.
- Oversee reporting outputs and ensure traceability of project data across interconnected systems and functional areas.
- Coach and guide team members or junior project staff while contributing to continuous improvement within the PMO structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, science-related discipline, or equivalent industry experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
- 6+ years of experience in drug development, including exposure to Phase 1–3 programs and late-stage execution.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading multiple, complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Hands-on knowledge of at least two drug development functions such as clinical operations, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, or non-clinical development.
- Proven ability to work within matrixed organizations and influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels.
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools, with SmartSheet experience strongly preferred.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
- Competitive salary aligned with experience and market standards.
- Annual performance-based bonus program.
- Equity-based incentive opportunity.
- Generous paid vacation and wellness days.
- Flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements depending on role requirements.
- Strong focus on learning, development, and career growth opportunities.
- Inclusive, global, and collaborative work environment.
- Opportunity to contribute to meaningful work improving outcomes for patients with cancer and rare diseases.
