Responsibilities
- Professionally and efficiently provide emergent nursing care to patients utilizing accepted nursing practices and procedures
- Administer medications as ordered and directed by the physician
- Delegate patient care duties to non-licensed personnel
- Direct, monitor and evaluate all patient care activities
- Compassionately uphold the standards of professional nursing care with empathy and concern for the comfort and healing of infant through geriatric patient populations
Requirements
- Graduation from accredited school of nursing
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah
- Strong clinical skills with ability to think critically and perform effectively and efficiently during times of crisis
- Ability to prioritize, work independently and use good judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to perform duties with compassion and empathy
- Ability to maintain composure and flexibility in a demanding environment
